Position brief: This role provides vital support across financial and subcontract administration functions, contributing to the successful delivery of key construction and infrastructure projects.

The primary responsibilities include cost management, subcontractor claim processing, accounts payable oversight, and supply chain interface management.

Key Responsibilities: • Administer cost tracking and docket management for schedule of rates contracts.

• Process subcontractor claims in line with contractual and governance requirements.

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and payments.

• Serve as the initial contact for accounts payable queries from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Support cost data management to enable monthly reporting and productivity analysis.
