We are looking for expressions of interest from IT Support Team Leaders and IT Support Technicians to join us for our upcoming pipeline of work.

IT Support Technician;

This is not your average Technician position. You will be solutions focussed, curious, energetic, diligent, and motivated by engaging with users, understanding their needs, providing an excellent service experience, and seeing issues through to resolution in this customer-facing role. You will be responsible for supporting our technical infrastructure, daily level 2 end user support, and maintenance and administration of IT Systems in a diligent and responsive manner to ensure a high level of service to the business.


What you will do;

  • Support all systems, applications and infrastructure under our IT Service Delivery Model
  • Work to resolve Level 2 support requests, phone calls and walk-up requests
  • Provide support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technology and systems
  • Assist in reviewing technologies to determine suitability for the project and wider business
  • Support SME’s in the implementation of supported applications & systems
  • Maintain, assign and reassign IT devices and assets
  • Mobilise, support and demobilise project offices all the way from installing network hardware and video conferencing equipment to end user device installs at desks

What we are looking for;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
  • Significant Help Desk and Level 2 support experience ideally within construction/engineering
  • Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills
  • M365, Service Now, MS Teams and Intune experience 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and superior customer services skills

IT Support Team Leader;

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a small team of Technicians in delivering IT support to our offices and project locations, including mobilising/demobilising construction project sites and supporting technical infrastructure, providing daily level 2 end user support, and managing stakeholders at all levels. You will need well-developed project management skills and the ability to get the most out of every day, including supporting after hours escalations as required.


What you will do;

  • Monitor, follow up and advise stakeholders on the progress of outstanding support requests
  • Support the management, installation, review and testing of new technology
  • Manage infrastructure requests including mobilisation and decommission of project offices
  • Maintain and adhere to user, data and business privacy requirements 
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of the installed environment and system design. 
  • Maintain the installed environment to ensure reliability and stability
  • Ensure solutions and systems are appropriately backed up
  • Identify issues with current processes and work with IT teams to improve and develop those processes
  • Streamline routine tasks

What we are looking for;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
  • Experience at Team Leader level delivering Level 2 support in Construction/Engineering industry highly regarded.
  • Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in M365, Azure AD, Service Now, Intune, MS Teams and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent project management, time management and organisational skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Track record in uniting, developing and upskilling teams of all skill levels
  • Ability to build and promote a positive work culture for immediate team and to influence the wider team culture
