We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Crew Members to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Restock supplies and assist in setting up the service area.
- Support kitchen staff by preparing simple dishes or assisting with basic food preparation.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
