We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Crew Members to join our team on a casual basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high standards of presentation.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
  • Restock supplies and assist in setting up the service area.
  • Support kitchen staff by preparing simple dishes or assisting with basic food preparation.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (preferred).
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
